Rays of Light is a sacred gathering for women seeking connection, healing, and empowerment. We come together weekly to share our stories, challenges, triumphs, and dreams in a supportive, judgment-free space.
This circle is a sanctuary for authentic women's work, where we learn to embrace and celebrate every facet of our feminine nature. Here, we give voice to our thoughts, feelings, and intuitions, breaking free from societal expectations that often silence us. We honor each woman's unique journey, gifts, and personal power.
Addressing Women's Challenges
In a world that frequently dismisses or devalues women's experiences, many of us carry unspoken burdens. We may struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or putting everyone else's needs before our own—leading to exhaustion, resentment, or disconnection from our true selves.

Background
Erick Keene, an Empowerment Coach and Dearmouring Practitioner, brings his expertise in healing and transformation to the Rays of Light circle. While his practice began with men's work, Erick has expanded his offerings to support women on their unique journeys of growth and self-discovery.
Approach
He creates a safe, compassionate space for women to explore their inner landscapes, release limiting beliefs, and heal from past traumas. His approach integrates various modalities—including Theta Healing, Access Consciousness, Internal Family Systems, and Reiki—tailored to meet the specific needs of the women in the circle.
